# Open Enrollment Dates and Hours of Operation

The 2027 Open Enrollment Period begins October 23, 2026 and ends January 15, 2027.

- If customers enroll on or before December 15, 2026, coverage will start January 1, 2027.
- If they enroll between December 16, 2026 and January 15, 2027, coverage will begin February 1, 2027.

 

**You can enroll anytime if you:**

- Are an American Indian or Alaska Native
- Qualify for HUSKY/Medicaid
- Qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (More about Special Enrollment Periods)
- Qualify for the Covered CT Program (More about the Covered CT Program)

Starting October 23, 2026:

- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
